West Auckland

Our 30 Day Reintegration Service offers:

• Accommodation and community service navigation support.
• Focus on employment.
• Additional life skills supports (literacy/budgeting).
• Support to re-engage with family/whānau if required.
• Sign posting to health/wellness services.
• A base in West Auckland.
• Opportunities for all released clients, irrespective of the length of their sentence.

Referred clients should be able to demonstrate:

• They are motivated/willing to work.
• They are keen to effect change for themselves and family.
• Work skills and experience.
• They are open to working with Probation to manage conditions of their release.
• They are happy to be in shared accommodation.

Employment & Accommodation Service - Bay of Plenty, Kawerau, Rotorua, Taupo, Tokoroa

• 12 week reintegration programme.
• Transitional accommodation provided.
• Focus on employment and long term accommodation.
• Additional life skills supports, literacy and budgeting.
• Support to re-engage with family/whānau.
• Signposting to community health/wellness services.
• Opportunities for all released clients, irrespective of the length of their sentence.

Referred clients should be able to demonstrate:

• They are motivated to effect change. 
• They have completed the programmes identified by the New Zealand Parole Board.
• They are willing and able to work and ideally have work experience/skills.
• Willingness to be in shared accommodation.

Clients should be claiming job seekers allowance on release.

Clients who intend to claim sickness benefit will not be accepted.

Clients referred do not have to have family/whānau in the area.
