Ken Boler

Ken gained his ACA qualification in 1982 and was admitted to membership of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants in the same year. He was appointed a Business Advisory Partner of Brown Woolley and Graham, Chartered Accountants in 1985 at the age of 28.
Brown Woolley and Graham evolved over time to become Grant Thornton Auckland.
Ken was a Director/Partner of Grant Thornton Auckland specialising in business planning and development, performance monitoring and financial management, structuring for asset protection and taxation efficiencies up until his retirement from full time chartered accounting at the end of December 2009.
Ken's focus now is on assisting the Goodwood Park Healthcare Group to continue its dynamic development as a leading provider of Mental Health Care and Traumatic Brain Injury rehabilitation services.
Ken has been the accountant to Goodwood Park from its inception in 1988 and appointed a Trustee in 2001. Ken has lived in the Huapai – Kumeu area all of his life and has developed a particular interest in mental health.
Ken’s outside of work interests include spending time with his family, boating, camping, and quad biking.
