<body> <h1>OVERVIEW</h1> <p>Goodwood Park is a residential service that provides an environment that supports and enhances the quality of life, independence and integration, with a recovery focus for service users experiencing mental illness.<br> Goodwood Park focuses on enabling service users to move progressively to towards their goals through the provision of a continuum of care.<br> Goodwood Park values the collaboration and contributions made by tangata whai ora/service users, family, whanau and the wider community that supports quality of service delivery whilst striving towards excellence in mental health provision.<br>  </p> <h1>SERVICES</h1> <p>The Lodge, on a 6 acre property in a peaceful rural setting. This includes two separate living environments, one providing specialised 24 hour high levels of support to people with both physical & mental health problems, the other providing 24 hours high levels of supports to people with mental health problems only.<br> Transitional Housing, located in Kumeu, providing supported living which prepares people to live independently.<br> Independent Living, located in Kelston. Providing supported living which enables people to live independently and engage in communities of their choice.<br> Respite. For people who require a short term living environment with 24 hour intensive support.<br> Packages of Care. For people experiencing severe mental health problems whose complex needs require intensive and flexible supports.<br> Carer Support.  To enable the primary carer to take leave by providing a 24 hour low support living environment. <br> Landlord Service, providing community based affordable furnished or unfurnished flats or houses with low key & regular social support for people with mental health problems.<br> Brain Injury Services.
